The condition of construction of a good pavement is sought to be able to meet the functional requirements of providing a sense of security and comfort as well as the minimum time and distance for road users. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to build a new road infrastructure connecting the markets with terminals in order to provide safe for alternative roads and comfortable road users and is expected to improve the economy of the community around the road, as well as a more efficient travel time. In making this final assignment the author wants to plan the geometric path that is in accordance with the function and class of the road, safe to pass and accelerate travel time, and plan the thickness of the pavement. The calculation results on the road planning above are the class III A local roads with varying speeds from 45 km/h and 25 km/h. There are 2 bends, namely SpiralCircle-Spiral on the PI1 bends and Full Circle on the PI2 bends. Pavement width 2
