PERFORMANCE OF SATPOL PP IN HANDLING PROBLEMS OF WATERERS, MIDDLEWAYS AND PUMPERS (PERSONS OF SOCIAL WELFARE / PMKS). This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive qualitative, in this research the retrieval of informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique, and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The administration of public order and order and the enforcement of regional regulations and regional head decrees are the duties of the Civil Service Police Unit. The problem in this study is to determine the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in handling the problems of homeless street singers and beggars who have troubled the road users. There are still many homeless people and beggars roaming around. Satpol PP has a presence in Cirebon City Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2003 on public order. Based on the research that has been done, in this study the researcher uses the theory of Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara, the theory explains that to assess the performance of an organization can be seen from the quality of work, quantity of work, responsibility, cooperation, and initiative. It can be concluded that the Satpol PP performance in controlling street singers and street singers has not run optimally, because there are still many obstacles and shortcomings such as from stubborn squatters, weak roles of the government
