(Skripsi) Pengawasan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja PNS Melalui Penerapan Sistem Absensi Digital (K-MOB) Di SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan
The problems behind this research is discipline lack work PNS at SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan as shown by the level of attendance through is still low, and there are still staff who leave the premises during working for purposes outside of work or persenal interests. This study aims to describe the application of digital attendonse, the level of supervision of the principal and head of administration through K-MOB (Kehadiran Mobile), as well as desctibing the effectiveness of digital attendance in improving the work discipline of education perponel in vocational hight school SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan. The method use in vocahonal hight school SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan. From the research is result abtaidned : Supervision carried out by the princial SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan that is often carried out is application-based indirect surveillance. Application K-MOB allows the prinpical to see the attendance and absence of employes anywhere and anytime. This make it easier because not all the time the principal is in the scholl to carry out external services. In addtion, direct supervision is always carriend out within to be important to get closer to employes and to give employes a pasitive impression and motivation. Based on the canclusions that howe bein descibed, the research make suggestions : Direct supervision should be carried out more regularly if possible there is on opportunity, giving revards that are motivating and punisthiment provides a detterend effect for indiscipliner employess, training or small workshops should be held in the scholl envionment to socialize various forms of chang that must be followed by all scholl members, especially regarding application that support work
