This study discusses the Effectiveness of Employee Work in Improving Public Services in Depok District, Cirebon Regency. It can be understood that the services provided by employees in Depok District, Cirebon Regency have not been effective, as seen from the weak performance of employees in serving the community. Employees lack discipline regarding punctuality, both working hours and service hours. Regarding employees who are still lacking in using tools in the form of computers and other devices that support service activities. Lack of employees in increasing employee work effectiveness. This research was conducted and aims to determine the effectiveness of employees' work in improving public services. In Depok District, Cirebon Regency, what are the obstacles found in Depok District and to find out what efforts are made to overcome the existing human rights in implementing employee work in the District Depok Cirebon Regency. This research is a qualitative research with in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The field study was carried out through interviews with employees of Depok District, Cirebon Regency, who are authorized to handle matters related to Employee Work Effectiveness. Literature study is obtained from reference books, laws and regulations, official documents, journals, scientific papers, the internet and other library materials related to the problem under study. Qualitative data analysis techniques can be used qualitative descriptive. The results of research on Employee Work Effectiveness in Improving Public Services in Depok Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency show that there are several obstacles in its implementation, namely, lack of time effectiveness at work, less number of employees, less awareness of employee work discipline, less potential ability of employee assistive tools. and achievement targets that are not yet optimal. In this case the dimensions of quality, quantity and time need to be increased again. Like, punctuality, both working hours and service hours.
