KAJIAN KESERASIAN ALAT GALI MUAT DAN ALAT ANGKUT DALAM PENAMBANGAN BATUBARA DI PT. BINA INSAN SUKSES MANDIRI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR

PT Bina Insan Sukses Mandiri merupakan perusahaan swasta nasional yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan dan memiliki IUP pertambangan batubara untuk 5.000 hektar. PT. Bina Insan Sukses Mandiri berlokasi di Desa Linggang Marimun, Kecamatan Mook Manaar Bulatn, Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur. Pengupasan overburden dengan metode backfiliing system dan penambangan batubara dengan metode tambang terbuka (surface mining) strip mine untuk endapan batubara yang memiliki kemiringan endapan (dip) kecil atau landai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai kajian keserasian alat gali muat dan alat angkut dalam penambangan batubara di PT. Bina Insan Sukses Mandiri. Target pengupasan overburden sebulan di area Pit 1 adalah 200.000 bcm, maka hasil perhitungan dibutuhkan alat gali muat Excavator Hitachi zaxis 470 LC sebanyak 2 unit dengan kemampuan produksi 230,00 bcm/jam dan alat angkut Dump Truck Nissan CWB 45A sebanyak 14 unit dengan kemampuan produksi 35,53 bcm/jam dengan nilai match factor 0,90. Target pengupasan overburden sebulan di area Pit 3 adalah 150.000 bcm, maka hasil perhitungan dibutuhkan alat gali muat Excavator Volvo EC480 LC sebanyak 2 unit dengan kemampuan produksi 212,47 bcm/jam dan alat angkut Articulated Dump Truck Caterpillar A40F sebanyak 3 unit dengan kemampuan produksi 72,91 bcm/jam dengan nilai match factor 1,02. Target penambangan batubara sebulan di area Pit 2 adalah 300.000 ton, maka hasil perhitungan dibutuhkan alat gali muat Excavator Kobelco SK 480 LC sebanyak 3 unit dengan kemampuan produksi 223,48 ton/jam dan alat angkut Dump Truck Nissan CWA 260 MX dengan kemampuan produksi 31,08 ton/jam, Dump Truck Hino FM 260 JD dengan kemampuan produksi 32,34 ton/jam, Dump Truck Nissan CWB 45A dengan kemampuan produksi 34,13 ton/jam, kebutuhan alat angkut sebanyak 21 dengan match factor yang diperoleh yaitu 0,96.rnrnPT Bina Insan Sukses Mandiri is a national private company engaged in mining and has a coal mining IUP for 5,000 hectares.
