The low competitiveness of small and medium enterprises is caused by weak entrepreneurial literacy.rnSustainable business only on the economic aspect on a small scale. The purpose of the study was to determinernthe relationship between entrepreneurial literacy, business competitiveness and sustainable business. Thernresearch method uses a constructivist paradigm with interview data collection techniques, observations withrnparticipants, convection entrepreneurs, participants in learning literacy, literacy organizers, and localrnentrepreneurs. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial literacy of the participants is stillrnlimited and the ability to increase competitiveness is hampered due to the non-optimal availability of resourcesrnand understanding of the structure of the convection industry and business governance. Economic, social, andrnenvironmental aspects have not become the focus of attention of convection entrepreneurs.
