Cirebon is one of the cities that have the heritage culture that still remain preserved until now. Cirebon is one of the city destination travel. One of the cultural heritages and historical heritage that is owned by Cirebon city is Taman Sari Gua Sunyaragi, Keraton Kasepuhan, Keraton Kanoman, and The others. From the point of the strategic place, the area Sunyaragi close with a lot of tourist destination in Cirebon city, Kuningan or Majalengka. Because of the place are strategic needs the building to support this area. One of the building can support this area is Hotel. The construction of this Hotel can supports infrastructure facilities for tourist who come. With the Hotel, it can be a good solution for meeting the needs of visitors to rest and stay. Where the expected existence of the Hotel can be part of the environment and in harmony with the place where the Hotel is located. Plan and design of Sunyaragi hotels according to SNI 2847:2013 concerning Concrete Structures, SNI 1727:2013 concerning loading, SNI 1726:2012 concerning about procedures for planning earthquake resistance for structures of buildings and non-buildings, and the last PPUIRG 1987 about Guidelines for planning the loading of houses and building. calculate the volume of the required concrete, reinforcement, and formwork from all calculated volumes then can estimate the costs that will be incurred. The research methods used are quantitative methods and qualitative methods. Quantitative method is a method performed by learning the references and study literature for the preparation of the thesis. Qualitative method is a method that is carried out by collecting data from research objects for the preparation of a thesis. Resort Hotel is a change of residence for a while for an outside place of residence with the purpose other reasons, to get the freshness of body and soul as well as the desire to know something. It can also be attributed to the interest associated with sports activities, health, conventions, religious and other business purposes. Resorts can be classified ; Mountain Resort Hotel, Health resort and SPA
