Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta (DKI Jakarta) is the national capital and the largest city in Indonesia. Development in big cities currently focuses on high-rise buildings. Apart from limited land, this is intended to be able to overcome population density and the creation of facilities and infrastructure for residents in it. High-rise buildings are an effective way to save land without reducing the effective area for human movement. High-rise buildings are built to be built with many functions at once to make it easier and more profitable. In this case, the compilers tried to plan and re-analyze the structure of the BRI Gatot Subroto Tower building in South Jakarta City, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. High-rise building planning must consider the safety, rigidity, stability, strength and function of a building so that it meets the design criteria. These components require high accuracy in calculating a construction. Factors that affect construction strength are loads to be borne including dead loads, live loads, wind loads and earthquake loads.
