Structural analysis is a science to determine the effect of burdens on physical structures and their components. The branch of its use includes analysis of buildings, bridges, tools, machinery, soil, etc. Structural analysis combines the fields of engineering mechanics, material engineering and mathematical techniques to calculate structural deformation, internal strength, voltage, pressure, pedestal reaction, acceleration, and stability. The results of the analysis are used to verify the strength of the structure to be built or have been built. Thus structural analysis is an important part of structural engineering design using Etabs V-16.
