ANALISA PENGARUH TOL LAUT TERHADAP PERCEPATAN PERKEMBANGAN WILAYAH DI KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN ARU

Transportasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting dalam menunjang aktivitas di suatu wilayah baik aktivitas ekonomi, sosial maupun aktivitas lainnya. Salah satunya yaitu transportasi laut karena di Indonesia merupakan wilayah kepulauan sehingga transportasi laut sangat tepat untuk dijadikan transportasi logistik. Selain itu transportasi laut mampu mengangkut dalam jumlah besar dan memiliki jalur lalu lintas yang luas. Seperti program Pemerintah yaitu program tol laut sebagai jalur konektifitas yang menguhubungkan pelabuhan-pelabuhan di Indonesia dengan konsep pengangkutan logistik kelautan. Salah satu pelabuhan yang dilalui tol laut yaitu Pelabuhan Dobo yang lokasinya di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Pelabuhan Dobo menjadi salah satu tempat dimana kegiatan ekspor impor barang di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Hasil produksi komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten kepulauan Aru didistribusikan melalui Pelabuhan Dobo untuk diekspor. Melihat kondisi perekonomian di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru yang masih berkembang yang diakibatkan karena tingginya harga barang, Program tol laut diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui biaya logistik yang lebih murah. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya tol laut dapat memudahkan kegiatan distribusi barang yang terjadi di Indonesia dengan biaya yang lebih murah dan waktu tempuh yang lebih singkat. Dengan adanya tol laut juga dapat memudahkan kegiatan ekspor hasil komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru dan impor kebutuhan barang/bahan pokok sehingga dapat mempengaruhi percepatan perkembangan wilayah dengan meningkatnya perekonomian wilayah tersebut.rnrnTransportation is an important requirement to supporting activities in a region whether economic activity, social and other activities. In the Government program, its so-called sea toll road transportation program as a connectivity path which connects the ports in Indonesia with the concept of maritime logistics transport. One of the ports that through the sea toll is Dobo Port which is located in Aru Islands Regency. Dobo Port became one of the places where the export or import of goods activity in Aru Islands. The production of superior commodities in the Aru Islands Regency is distributed through Dobo Port for goods exported. Seeing the economic conditions in Aru Islands Regency that is still developing due to the high price of goods, sea toll program is expected to overcome those problems through cheaper logistics costs. Therefore, the sea toll can facilitate the activities of distribution of goods that occur in Indonesia with the cheaper cost and shorter travel time. With the existence of sea toll can also facilitate the export activities of superior commodities in Aru Islands Regency and the import of goods / staple so that it can affect the acceleration of regional development with the increasing economy of the region.,
