This research was to find out whether implementation of clustering technique improve students' writing ability. The reserach was carried out in 2 cycles and each cycles has 4 steps : planning, action, observation and reflection.
abstrak
Mind map technique can improve students' reading comprehension
Jigsaw technique can improve students' speaking skills
Debate technique can improve students' critical thinking in teaching speaking
The students' difficulties in speaking are caused by the lacked of related vocabularies, low ability in constructing sentences and utterances and also low motivation to participate in speaking activity caused by shyness and embarrasment in making mistake. As the result, a chain drill technique is a solution to solve the problem.
The results of this research have two phases that is quantitative phase and qualitative phase. The quantitative phase findir dor the effectiveness in using demonstration techniques to increase the students ability in speaking procedure text. In the qualitative phase, by giving observation sheet and field notes to measure the implementation process of using demonstration technique to improve spe…
There is effectiveness in using role play teachnique to improve speaking Skills, it is supported bt the result, which show that the pretest score is 0,122 and the posttes score 15 0,143 higher 0,05 it means the data are normally distributed
The quantitative result of pretest ang postest showed a significan nomality. 0,165 for pretest and 0,270 of postest significan homogeinity 0,164 ang paired simple t-test show 0,000. The implementation has been going well. teacher has no obstacle in media, facilities, cost and tools. Some student have difficulty in mastering vocabularry, rearranging sentences, finding imagination.
The process of developing descriptive text material using clustering technique in teaching writing skills: the writer does need analysis an 10 students, and the of need analysis was 89%, make a module that based on the result of data analysis teacher's and students. Responses, the writer get that the module give positive impact to teacher and students
