The aims of this research is to find out whether role play can improve speaking ability and to know students perception towards role play in speaking ability. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) design which consist of two cycles.
The objectives of this rsearch were to find out the implementation of role play improve the students speaking ability and the advantages and disadvantages of using role play in teaching speaking based on students responses. The result showed that teaching speaking by using role play could improve students speaking ability.
The objectives of this research are to know the use of roleplay in learning speaking. In this research the writer used quantitative research. In cocnlusion, roleplay can increase the interest of students's learning english especially speaking skills.

The objectives of this research is to find out how far running dictation can improve students' speaking ability. In conclusion, the use of running dictation significantly improves their speaking ability.
The research result showed that students who used the learning method showed better result than usual conventional learning method

This study revealed 3 major problems faced by pre service teachers in teaching speaking. Those problem came from student, teacher, environment. Moreover the strategy solution explored in study are direct strategy consisiting of meta cognitive, affective and social strategy.
